When submitting an abstract, please follow the INSTRUCTIONS. Send Your submissions to the conference chair HERE.

After receiving the full texts, The Scientific Committee will decide which papers should be included in the Plenary Session. If the paper is accepted by reviewers, at least one of the authors is required to register for the Conference by deadline. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the the Scientific Book of Proceedings, indexed by proQuest and EconBiz (however, it could be published if authors decide for publishing only option).

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DEADLINES:

.     Submission of abstracts for review: October 10, 2015

.     Notification of abstract acceptance: October 15, 2015

.     Submission of complete/full papers for the proceedings:

        November 15, 2015

.     Notification of full paper acceptance: November 20, 2015

.     Early registration: November 25, 2015

.     Final registration: December 05, 2015

.     Conceiving and finalizing the esd-Conference program:

        December 12, 2015

.     ESD Conference sessions: December 17-18, 2015

THE CONFERENCE FEE:

.     Participant (attending / paper presenting author): 300 EUR

.     Accompanying co-author: 150 EUR

.     Publishing only (without attending / presentation): 200 EUR

.     Attending (without paper): 150 EUR

 

DISCOUNTED FEE:

.     Early registration: 250 EUR

.     2nd paper registration (publishing only): 100 EUR

 

Registration fee includes admission to all sessions, conference kit (including the Scientific Book of Proceedings on CD) and admission to the lunch or dinner and all coffee brakes according to the program.
